Terms of Service

General Terms:
-By commissioning me, you agree to these terms-Complete artwork will be watermarked and cannot be removed under any circumstances-I have the right to refuse any commission that I don’t feel comfortable with doing without reason.
____Payment:
-All prices are in USD.-Payments may be accepted via Ko-fi or Venmo (feel free to ask for my Venmo in order to send me payments.)-Half of the commission must be paid upfront in order for me to begin a sketch, the second half must be paid once the sketch is approved.
____Process:
-Please provide reference photos of what you want drawn!-After paying the first half, I will let you know when I begin working on your commission.-Once the sketch is complete, I will show it to you. (This is where you will let me know if there are any major changes that need to be made before I begin lining and coloring. This is also where you pay for the second half of the commission after confirming.)-Once the flat colors are complete, I will show you the artwork again. (This is the last time revisions can be made regarding colors/shading before I finish up the artwork as needed.)
____Refunds:
-Refunds will not be issued once I begin working on your commission. (If you wish to cancel your order, you must let me know before then so that I can issue you a full refund.)-I will let you know ASAP if I cannot complete your commission and will issue a full refund.
____IMPORTANT:
The buyer is allowed to:
-Use the art piece(s) for personal use only. (e.g. Icon, Character Ref,)-Print the artwork. (As long as it’s not for commercial use.)-Post the artwork on their social media accounts with credit.The buyer is NOT allowed to:
-Claim the artwork as their own.-Sell my artwork.-Remove my signature from the artwork.-Use my artwork for generative AI training.-I may post the commission on my social media pages and carrd as an example of commissioned work. Do let me know if you don’t want the artwork posted anywhere. (I will ask anyways once the piece is completed.)This is my first time opening up commissions so please be patient with me as I work out how I’ll go about business.
